In the current climate of post-truth politics, a global vacuum of credible leadership, and a pervasive apocalyptic feeling that the ‘the centre will not hold’, we might well ask what we’ve done to anger the gods. However while the ethically–challenged at the helm seem determined to drive the ship off-course, there is also a world-wide social justice movement breathing life into a new set of values everywhere – sexual, political, social and environmental.
